Warranty Coverage

All SchoolKidz backpacks come with a limited warranty of 18 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Faulty stitching
• Broken zippers under normal use
• Defective buckles or straps

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, overloading, or improper handling
• Cuts, burns, or accidental damage
• Fading due to washing or exposure to harsh conditions
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

2. Share the following details:
   • Order ID / Invoice copy
   • Product images clearly showing the issue
   • Brief description of the problem
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

Claim Resolution

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit (if replacement is not available)
• Repair guidance (in certain cases)

Important Notes

• The product must be returned if requested for inspection
• Replacement is subject to product availability
• Warranty is valid only for purchases made through our official website or authorized sellers
