A: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available for select locations.
Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes, we ship to all states and union territories across India.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact our customer service team at business@schoolkidz.in with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and arrange pickup.Product will be eligible for return within 10 working days after delivery
